A Day in a Lifetime: A Look Back at the Last Week of August
Hello everyone.
Image (different from actual product)
Due to the effects of the typhoon today, a landslide alarm was sounded in Yokohama, where I am staying. As of 5:00 PM on September 5th, the landslide warning appears to have subsided in Yokohama, but if you live in an area at risk of a disaster, please exercise extreme caution.

Before we get into the main text, here's a pop-up notice:
[Pop-up event held at Tokyu Department Store Tama Plaza from Thursday, September 4th to Wednesday, September 17th]
We will be selling bags and slippers made from vibrant African fabrics, cute pouches that will lift your spirits, and more, as well as ethical items with a portion of the sales donated, so please come and visit us!

Now, I would like to look back on the activities of the last week of August.
One is a consultation about opening a store.
We are not yet specific and cannot provide any details, but we have begun looking for available properties in department stores, shopping centers, and shops, mainly in Tokyo.

Real estate is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so it's great to find a great property, but it's not easy.
If anyone knows of a good property they can introduce, please let us know.
Then there is a monthly meeting with the incubation manager.
This is a consultation session held by Tokyo Denki University, where our company is located.

The content of consultations varies depending on the resident, but they are required to meet once a month. In my case, I discuss monthly activity reports and issues.
I believe that the most important thing when creating something new is to first "think about the ideal."
To make that dream a reality, I need a concrete "action plan," but since I usually think about it alone in silence, I find it very helpful to have an opportunity like this to consult with someone and receive calm advice as a third party.
If you are thinking of starting a business, we recommend applying to "Tokyo Denki University Kakehashi" as the rent is reasonable and you can receive services perfect for starting a business (free meeting rooms, free seminars, etc.)!!
There are also a few upcoming meetings.

Furthermore, I feel that we were able to carry out activities that will lead to future projects, such as meetings to discuss setting up a booth at an event at Tokyo Big Sight in November, meetings regarding purchasing with a company that uses highly traceable African cotton, and purchasing in Nippori.
It's exciting when something new starts or is being considered.
If any of our readers feel like their days are becoming monotonous and uninspiring, I encourage you to try something new.
for example,
Get off one stop earlier and walk the distance, go to the gym, go to a city you've never been to before and take some photos, etc.
New discoveries that you didn't know existed await you, and new ideas may emerge from them.

I hope you all find even more exciting things to come.
