We offer free returns and exchanges.
To ensure our customers have the best possible shopping experience, we offer the following two recommended ways to try on items (returns and exchanges).
If you have any questions about size or color, please feel free to refer to this.
(*Exchanges are only possible for the same product in a different size or color. For other detailed conditions, please refer to this Usage Guide.)
① When trying out the size or color of a product you are interested in by "returning" the product
- Purchase two sizes that interest you (e.g., if you are unsure between M and L, purchase both).
- Please try it on after receiving it, and if it doesn't fit, please apply for a return (within 8 days of arrival).
- We will refund you after checking the returned product.
You can try out the product all at once, and it takes less time than an exchange.
However, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
*Please note that we may not be able to accept returns, so please also check here (When returns and exchanges cannot be accepted) .
② When you want to try out the size or color of a product you are interested in by "exchanging" it
- Purchase the size you are interested in (e.g. buy size M)
- Please try it on after it arrives, and if it doesn't fit, apply for an exchange for size L (within 8 days of arrival).
- After confirming the returned item, we will ship the L size item.
- Product (L size) arrived
You can purchase the product you want without any refund process.
However, it may take some time for the item to be reshipped.
