One Day, One Life Pop-up starts at Ueno Marui in the fourth week of July

Hello everyone. I'm Kaoru Tsuji, the representative of the company.

This blog, titled "One Day, One Life," aims to spend each day as carefully as possible, and is an article summarizing the events that happened over the past week and the feelings that accompanied them.

Well, in the fourth week of July, a pop-up started at Ueno Marui, so we focused on preparing for that and actually being in the store and selling our products.

The hardest part about a pop-up is loading and unloading.

During the loading process, items, POPs, and equipment are prepared and transported from the warehouse by car. The process of removing the items is the reverse. This work involves carrying heavy items back and forth across the floor, and loading and unloading them from the car, which is quite hard work. Especially now in the middle of summer, even using the elevator can make you sweat. Once the loading is complete, the all-important display awaits.

How can we make it look nice or make it interesting?
There are rules and basics, but it's very interesting to try and error without any right answers.

When you study as a student, there is only one answer to one problem.
When you enter society, you will find yourself faced with a variety of problems, and you will realize that there are countless answers and approaches to each of them, which can be troubling. You will need to think about the optimal solution and act accordingly.

Some people choose the optimal solution logically, while others choose intuitively.
I solve easy problems logically, but for difficult problems that I can't solve logically, I choose the answer that I first chose intuitively. I focus on taking action as quickly as possible.

I make a lot of mistakes, but I'm able to recover by taking action quickly, so I feel like things are going the way I want in the end.

How do you think and act when you are faced with a difficult problem?
