"FEED THE BONGOS" The mountain bongo, a species endemic to Kenya, is an endangered species with only about 70 remaining in the wild. Poaching has led to a significant decline in their numbers year by year, and the Mt. Kenya Wildlife Conservation Agency is conducting breeding activities to increase their numbers.

Kangarui supports the "Save the Bongo Project" and a portion of the proceeds from any Kangarui product purchased will be used to feed the Mountain Bongos.
